Through movement and dance we can pay attention, we can find the flow of breath, follow our momentum and our impulses. We can sense our cells, find our gestures and we can reclaim the deep knowing and joy of an embodied life.
The journey home will be aided by beautiful music, visualisations, imagination, the breath, hands on experiences, and by following the knowing in your body.
